Apply for Mediation
To commence mediation under the Law Society Mediation Scheme (LSMS), parties are required to jointly submit a Request for Mediation stating their intention to commence mediation under the LSMS Rules.
If this form is not submitted jointly by all parties, the applicant requesting mediation shall send a copy of the Request for Mediation to the other party or parties.
A copy of the Request for Mediation shall be delivered at the same time to The Law Society of Singapore via adr@lawsoc.org.sg along with a non-refundable administration fee of $100.00 per party.
